I have a B.S. in Secondary Education (English with a minor in History) and an M.A. in Language, Literature & Pedagogy, both from the university of Cincinnati. I have also been tutoring for 10 years.

I taught high school for 14 years and college for fiftenn years, including the University of Cincinnati, Communiversity, Evening College, HACC, Claremont College, penn State/York, Franklin & Marshall's Etc. Program, Bradley Academy of the Arts, the Elizabethtown ILR program and PA School of Art. I am also a writer, professionakl storyteller, artist and mental health educator, having written freelance for magazines, been a clumnist and a feature articles writer for newsapers; I have presented workshops and classes of a variety of subjects throught the community, and facilitated support groups.

I am easy going, creative, inventive, out of the box in my approach and enjoy being with people. Teaching is my passion.
